Thank you for supporting our small jewelry business. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to the small scale of our business. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings that have been worn
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Return Address

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after contacting us regarding your return request.
