Shipping Area

We ship our jewelry to customers across the EU-countries. Currently, we do not ship outside the EU-countries.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping within the EU with PostNord typically takes 1–7 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available for orders over 459 kr.

Tracking

All packages that are shipped with traceable tracking through PostNord, will receive tracking number by email when the order is shipped. This way you can follow your package on their website.

Packaging

Your jewelry is shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. We also want and try to make the packaging extra cute!

Delivery Issues

  • If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at linazsweden@gmail.com and we will assist you.

  • Any lost or damaged packages are investigated in cooperation with PostNord.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return unused jewelry within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

  • Contact us if you want to return a package as soon as possible.
